Attention: When mailed for the first time, you will receive an automatically generated SPAM controlled mail by the system. Kindly click on the URL mentioned and follow the instructions for email verification. Please note that this is a onetime process and is important without which we will be unable to receive your mails.

Please note that we are unable to accept emails with a total file size larger than 3MB. Under current arrangements, no notification will be generated for emails exceeding 3MB which are not successfully received. If you need to send large emails, please consider sending these as several, smaller documents, and another email informing the relevant area that the emails have been sent.

Applicants need to produce their photo copy of their passport data page (which was handed over at the time of application submission) for passport collection. Where the applicant is unable to collect their own documents, an authorized person can do so on their behalf. The authorized person will be required to present a letter of authorization which includes both the applicants and authorized person’s signature. The authorized person will also be required to present both original and photocopy of photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, and the photo copy of applicant’s passport data page (which was handed over at the time of application submission).

There is no change in Australian immigration requirements and the decision-making process for the grant of Australian visas will remain with the relevant Department of Home Affairs visa office. All applications continue to be assessed on their merits in accordance with Australian legislation and policy.
