HOW TO APPLY

Step 1 :

If you intend to visit Norway for 90 days or less, you need to apply for a Schengen visa (Application Portal) . If you intend to stay in Norway for more than 90 days either for work, study or to reunite with family member in Norway, you need to apply for a residence permit (Application Portal). The application documents can be submitted at the Norwegian Visa Application Centre.
Applicants in Guangzhou, who intend to visit Sweden for 90 days or less, can follow the same procedure, but if you intend to stay in Sweden for more than 90 days or apply for a residence permit you must apply at the Swedish Embassy in Beijing.

As a general rule, all applicants must submit their applications in person at the Norwegian Visa Application Centre. If you reside in China but are a citizen of another country, you must have had a valid residence permit in China for the last 6 months, and the residence permit must also be valid for minimum 3 months after the intended stay in Norway.

Our work is primarily administrative and we have no saying in the decision making process.
