Now that you are ready with all your documents, form and other requirements, applicants can now locate and visit visa application centre to apply for their visa to Czech Republic.
You can submit your application no earlier than three months and generally no later than 15 days before your intended journey. If you apply less than 15 days before the journey, your application may not be processed in time. We suggest that you plan your trip and apply for visa well in advance because it also takes a few days for the visa applications to be delivered to the Embassy/Consulates General of the Czech Republic depending on the distance between the visa center and Embassy/Consulate General.
If more than 5 and above applicants submit with the same itinerary at the same time, please email the visa application centre to make an appointment first.If you submit individual tourism applications in Shanghai Jurisdiction (including Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing Visa Application Center), appointment is not required for 4 or less than 4 applicants. While, appointment is required if 5 or more than 5 individual applicants apply at same time.
Applicants should submit their visa applications to the relevant Visa Application Centre according to their passport issued place, Hukou or residence card.
If fingerprints have not been collected by any Schengen country, yet (or later than in last 59 months) visa application must be submitted by the applicant in person. If fingerprints have been collected in last 59 months, the applicant can authorize a representative to submit the application on behalf, an English authorization letter signed by the applicant along with the representative’s ID copy is required during the submission.”

Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing deals with visa applications from the following visa centers: Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xian, Wuhan, Jinan, Changsha, Shenyang and Fuzhou.
Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang provinces.
The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai deals with visa application from the following visa centers: Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing.
Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi provinces and the municipality of Chongqing.
The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Chengdu deals with the following visa centers: Chengdu, Chongqing and Kunming.
