This website provides information on procedures applicable to prospective applicants residing in the area served by the Embassy/Consulate General of Czech Republic in China, who wish to apply for a Schengen Visa not exceeding 90 days to Czech. Visa applications can be submitted at the Visa Application Centre. The Visa applications are processed and the decisions are made at the Embassy/Consulate General of the Czech Republic in China.
Information for Applicants planning to visit Visa Application Centre in Jinan
Starting 30 March 2020, Jinan Czech Republic Visa Application Centre will be relocated at 8F, Qianfoshan Building (Foreign Visa Centre Jinan), No.15-1 Wenhua West Road, Lixia District, Jinan, Shandong, China. The previous address will no longer be valid.
Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic has issued a protective measure (on 10 February 2020) whereby it instructs the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing, Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai, Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Chengdu and Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Hong Kong not to receive applications for visas and residence permits, not to process them and not to decide on them, including visa issuance. Increased fees for visa applications
Please note: As of 02 February 2020 the Schengen visa fee per person (Short Stay Visa) will increase from 60 to 80 euros or the equivalent amount in your local currency. For children between 6-12 years old the visa fee will increase to 40 euros or equivalent.
